For nearly 25 years Jeff has been collaborating with organizations as a leadership consultant. He helps organizations build key leadership capabilities, enhance organizational effectiveness, and make optimal talent management investments/decisions. As a result of having worked across a broad range of industries and with leaders from diverse environments, he utilizes a combination of expertise and experience to guide clients to leverage effective people management practices. Furthermore, he is highly skilled in utilizing a wide variety of standardized and customized assessments that facilitate individual growth, promote stakeholder engagement, and build sustainable organizational performance. Rainer Seitz, Ph.D. (Industrial & Organizational Psychology)
Rainer has worked in the area of talent management for nearly 30 years. During that time he has served as both an internal and external consultant to organizations across a wide variety of industries, from Fortune 500 companies to start-ups. This work has included designing talent management systems and associated components comprising talent assessment, evaluation, and development. Rainer has also maintained a strong interest in developing tomorrow’s business leaders through his involvement in higher education. He has taught executive education, graduate-level, and undergraduate courses at several universities throughout the Pacific Northwest.
